Military Discipline Meets Legal Precision

I’m Chris Randle — a Senior Litigation Attorney and Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, with nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of civilian law and military justice.

In my civilian role, I represent clients in everything from felony criminal defense to complex family law cases. I’ve worked in DA’s offices, negotiated high-stakes settlements, and built a multi-jurisdictional practice with licenses across Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Washington. My legal career spans trial work, consulting, and guiding people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives — with clarity, integrity, and strength.

In the military, I’ve served in roles ranging from Operational Law Officer in Baghdad to Brigade Judge Advocate in an intelligence brigade. With multiple deployments and leadership positions behind me, I’ve developed a calm-under-fire mindset that I bring to every case, every courtroom, and every conversation.

But beyond the titles, I’m someone who believes in discipline, extreme ownership, and personal responsibility. I’ve fought through PTSD. I’ve taken hard lessons and turned them into better judgment. I’ve learned that you can’t lead others if you’re not willing to lead yourself first.

Whether I’m reviewing cases with my paralegal or coaching junior officers, my mission is the same: do the hard work, stay grounded, and make every decision count.
