I’ve had to face some serious personal and professional failures — the kind that don’t just sting, but echo. One thing I’ve learned: you can’t move forward if you’re stuck in the past.
I live by a concept called extreme ownership. If something went wrong, I look at myself first. Not because it’s always easy or comfortable, but because it’s the only way to grow. You don’t overcome disappointment by pretending it didn’t happen — you acknowledge it, own your role, and use it to make better decisions tomorrow.
Regret is only useful if it fuels progress. Otherwise, it’s just wasted energy.
